“Room key did not work. No shampoo or lotion in dispenser.”

“The front desk staff was very helpful. It was late when I arrived and I hadnt eaten. They recommended a couple of restaurants that delivered, even provided the phone number. Cleaning staff did an excellent job as well. The parking was convenient.”

“I asked to see the room prior to paying There are no coffee machines. No ice machines towels ARE VERY USED, 1 small bar of soap. No ADA ROOMS 2 towels vert ratty ,2 hand towels, 2 wash cloths. Tub is from the 80's as are the 2 handle tub valves. Diverter spout sticks in up position ( found out hard way). Shower head is from 80's. Price Pfister. “Nice proprty, Huge room, helpful staff, breakfast - better to skip it there”

“The pool didn't open until 10am, you have to check out at 11, so you couldn't really get in the pool and get showered and your suit somewhat dried before you had to leave. Most of the surrounding establishments, opened at 10, so if you wanted to get there early, you would have wanted your pool time in early. When I got in my room, there was some hair in my sink, and a dirty towel was left in there. The rest of the hotel seemed clean though and the staff seemed nice.”
